Dr. Gunilla B. Jacobson is the Director of Translational Medicine in the Department of Radiology at Stanford University School of Medicine. She collaborates with Dr. Joseph DeSimone on advancing CLIP 3D-printed microarray patches (MAPs), focusing on scalable manufacturing and precision designs. With 25 years of experience, Dr. Jacobson has led innovations in precision medicine, early disease detection, and targeted treatments, bridging research translation into FDA-approved diagnostics and scalable healthcare solutions. She holds a PhD in organic chemistry from Uppsala University and is a Docent in Chemistry.
