Jennifer Foster, PhD, is a Senior Technical Officer in the Medical Devices & Health Technologies Program at PATH with more than 20 years’ experience in qualitative and user research and product development. She has extensive experience designing and implementing qualitative research for health technologies in low- and middle-income country settings. Current work focuses on the evaluation of novel vaccine and pharmaceutical packaging and delivery technologies. Dr. Foster recently led a three-country human factors evaluation of two leading measles-rubella (MR) MAP products in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, and Nepal, and has conducted evaluations of other potential MAP applications.
