My name is Shi Nana, a PhD candidate from Institute of Allergology Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany. Since 2020, I have been working at the study of application of microneedle-extracted skin interstitial fluid in the field of skin allergies, especially mast cell-derived skin diseases such as Urticaria. We have successfully used hollow microneedles to extract sufficient amounts of skin Interstitial fluid for component analysis and comparison with plasma. We have also conducted exploratory studies including the identify skin antigens.
