Talk Description
The Queensland Node of the Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF-Qld) provides researchers and industry partners with advanced microfabrication capabilities essential for accelerating microneedle (MN) development. This session will showcase how ANFF-Qld enables rapid design validation, precision fabrication, and comprehensive characterisation of microneedle technologies. Through real-world case studies—such as microarray patches, wearable sensing devices, and fast-turnaround prototyping via micro/nano 3D printing—we’ll highlight the value of our integrated infrastructure, including tools like Direct Laser Writer, DRIE, SEM, Confocal, and nano-resolution 3D printers. Whether you're scaling up or testing early concepts, ANFF-Qld is your partner in bringing microneedle innovations to life.
